You will be entrusted with:

Providing excellent customer service by ensuring smooth rental process and offering additional services to customers;
Follow all SIXT quality standards related to customer service, fleet management and claims handling;
Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner;
Organize the daily reservations according to the available fleet;
Invoicing and payment control.

What we expect:

You have experience in customer service and sales;
You are a team player with a positive attitude;
You enjoy working with demanding customers;
You have good PC literacy knowledge;
You have excellent English and native language spoken and written language skills;
You are enthusiastic about cars and have a driver’s license category B, experience of at least 2 years.
