Darbo aprašymas

  • Offer quality reservation service to all customers;
  • Provide a response that matches the needs of the client;
  • Apply and ensure the application of pricing policy and the associated procedures;
  • Ensure that all reservations are properly transmitted to the various departments within the hotel.

Reikalavimai

  • English language is mandatory;
  • Experience in the field would be an advantage;
  • Ability to listen;
  • Friendly;
  • Diplomacy;
  • Excellent telephone skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Team worker.
