Sales Manager (B2B)

We offer

  • actively work with clients: establish new contacts, develop relationships, and identify sales opportunities; 
  • conduct new client acquisition and expand the sales pipeline in international markets; 
  • represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and meetings with clients and partners;
  • prepare, negotiate, and present commercial offers, partnership models, and cooperation agreements;
  • conduct negotiations and ensure successful deal closure;
  • build and implement B2B sales processes and operational structure; 
  • develop long-term partnerships with clients (contractors, transport, construction, and industrial companies); 
  • identify and develop new business opportunities in heavy machinery, service operations, and infrastructure-related solutions.

We're hoping from you

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management; 
  • experience working with technical products or industrial solutions;
  • ability to build processes, structure operations, and effectively manage systems;
  • strong analytical skills (KPIs, forecasting, performance analysis); 
  • excellent negotiation and communication skills; 
  • ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results; 
  • excellent English language skills (C1 level or higher).
