Job Description

Actively acquire new clients through cold calls, emails and other outreach
Conduct market research and qualify existing and potential clients
Arrange and hold client meetings, both in person and remotely
Prepare client proposals and sales presentations
Manage deals end-to-end, from first contact through to contract signing
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM
Sell our primary product — film & bags (LDPE) — as the main focus, while actively developing sales of LDPE and HDPE granules as additional opportunities
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Compile and analyse sales results, and put forward proposals for improving performance
Provide market feedback and forecasts to management

Requirements

Higher education in business administration, marketing, economics or a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-first mindset
Good command of Lithuanian and English; Russian, German or other language is an advantage
Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and ERP systems (CRM, etc.)
Ability to plan, prioritise and analyse information independently
A valid driving licence, category B.
Prior export or international sales experience is an advantage

Gross monthly salary of €1,900–3,300, depending on experience and results
