Grow the Lithuanian market by winning new B2B clients and managing relationships with the existing ones.
Meet sales targets and manage your regional budget by presenting solutions, negotiating and closing deals.
Track market trends, identify new opportunities and prepare simple sales reports and forecasts.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service delivery to the customers.
Represent the company at industry events and regularly travel within Lithuania.

What we're looking for:

At least 2 years of experience in field sales. If you were working with technical product sales in those two years - we would consider that as a strong benefit.
Fluent Lithuanian and good English skills (B2 or higher).
Valid driving license (B category).
Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
Independent, adaptable, and proactive personality.
