Shift Manager(evening shift)

You don't need to know Saily or understand how it works yet. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the product, so you can focus on what matters most: keeping the shift organized, on track, and running smoothly.

• Oversee the evening shift and keep it running smoothly, staying on top of SLAs and overall efficiency so every customer gets timely help.
• Delegate tasks, share constructive feedback, and monitor attendance to keep the team focused and supported.
• Work hand in hand with team leads, helping them succeed and making sure shift KPIs are met.
• Take charge during incidents by escalating issues, keeping reporting clear, and bringing in the right stakeholders at the right time.
• Spot opportunities to improve both Saily support and the product itself, and help turn those ideas into action.

• Experience in shift management or a similar coordinating role.
• An analytical mindset and a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the confidence to work independently.
• The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude, natural curiosity, and eagerness to keep learning.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work from 13:30 to 22:00 on a rotating schedule.
