Job Description

As a Territory Manager at Volvo Financial Services, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve profitability and sales targets;
  • Implementing the captive approach and sales & marketing processes in line with established standards;
  • Managing assigned customer accounts to achieve objectives and strengthen business relationships;
  • Maximizing growth and new business development with a focus on interest spread, fee income, and overall profitability, while maintaining the quality of the credit portfolio;
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings by leveraging local knowledge and customer relationships;
  • Building strong, collaborative working relationships with the corresponding Volvo Business Area sales team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in selling leasing and/or insurance products;
  • Profound ability to build, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues in the Volvo Group’s product companies;
  • Interpersonal skills supported by strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent sales and negotiating skills;
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;
  • Target-driven, self-motivated and tenacious in achieving the set objectives;
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian language, advanced level in English (B2).

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of commercial vehicle and business solution market;
  • Cross functional experience in sales, credit, operations, etc.;
  • Previous experience in working in an international environment.
