Job Description

Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

Join an international team of Lithuanian and German engineers developing advanced medical devices for mechanical lung ventilation.

You will work on a diverse portfolio ranging from legacy products to next-generation high-performance ventilators designed for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.

Your work will directly contribute to improving patient care across a variety of healthcare environments.

As part of the Verification & Validation team, you will collaborate closely with software and hardware engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing verification and validation activities, including:

Designing, writing, and executing manual test cases
Analyzing test results and investigating defects
Identifying root causes and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues
Reviewing product requirements for completeness and testability
Documenting test results, technical findings, and verification evidence

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software or system testing
Good understanding of software testing methodologies, requirements traceability, and defect management
Strong technical documentation and written communication skills
Experience collaborating within cross-functional, international teams
Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, IBM Engineering Test Management (RQM/ETM), or IBM DOORS is an advantage
Experience in the medical device industry or another regulated environment is an advantage
ISTQB certification is a plus
