Workforce Manager

As a Workforce manager, you will be part of the operations team, responsible for resource planning, forecasting, and building workforce strategy.

What will you do?

• Workload forecasting, staffing capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time performance monitoring for 300+ employees;
• Delivering great client experience and ensuring long-term company success in achieving organizational goals;
• Real-time monitoring to ensure that service levels are optimized, along with coordinating schedule changes, and providing staffing recommendations;
• Managing outages from escalation to resolution and processing all service requests;
• Closely working with upper management;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the vendor.

What we expect from you?

• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Attention to the details;
• Problem-solving attitude;
• Excellent Google Sites/MS Office skills, especially Google Sheets/MS Excel;
• Lithuanian labor law knowledge;
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision;
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both verbally and in writing;
• Workforce management experience (working with schedules, forecasting and etc.).
