Lawyer

• Administration of recourse claims
• debt collection
• legal compliance supervision in the Branch within the field of insurance law
• preparing various documents (document templates, requests, internal procedures, etc.) of legal content
• advising colleagues on matters under Legal departments competence
• representing the interests of Balcia in courts, law enforcement institutions, other public and private institutions.

• Higher education in law
• work experience in law, preferably in the field of civil law (experience in the field of insurance will be an essential advantage)
• good knowledge in civil (incl. court) proceedings (experience in representation in courts would be an advantage)
• precision, developed analytical and structured thinking, excellent argumentation and presentation skills
• excellent knowledge of Lithuanian language and good knowledge of English language – both oral and written
• well-developed communication and cooperation skills.
