Job Description
Currently we are searching for an experienced back-end .NET developer to join an adventure of transforming a travel company into a tech leader within the industry. You will be a part of a team, building a custom travel related platform. This is a rather large system, which uses micro-services and .NET Core 2 technologies.
Short project background:
Currently Arctic Adventures are using many 3rd party systems. The plan is to replace those systems with custom software, developed in-house. This is a large and extremely ambitious project – To create a fully functional sales and marketing platform, integrated with an operational system, booking widgets, reporting system, customer portal plus other modules.
The plan is to create a large software platform for the company’s whole operation. This project is critical for our business success and necessary to become a tech leader within our industry.
Projects include developing of in-house systems:
- Sales and marketing platform
- Booking widgets
- Management system for operations
- Customer portal
- Reporting system for finance
- Booking Engine
Requirements
- Extensive experience in .NET C#
- Good knowledge of SQL databases.
- Experience in systems architecture.
- Good knowledge of REST API's.
- Good communication skills, and organized. Fluent in English.
- Experience with Azure hosting
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD
- Experience in Angular2 and TypeScript
- Strong OOP background and TDD experience
