LOGISTICS ASSISTANTS (part – time/full-time)

ABOUT THE JOB

Our customer is growing rapidly, and we are therefore on the lookout for a dynamic logistics analyst who would like to join Baltic Assist team in Vilnius. 

The customer is international healthy company which provides products that improve quality of daily life.

WE WOULD BE REALLY HAPPY IF YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
• Proven analytical, administrational skills including working with relational databases.
• Strong organizational, time management skills
• interpersonal skills
• Perfect spoken & written English language skills
• Bachelor degree (can be a final year student)



WE WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU CAN:
• Prepare transportation vendor scorecards for quarterly business reviews;
• Prepares and communicates executive summary analysis for management and customer stakeholders
• Maintain transportation contract database and proactively monitor for contract expiration dates;
• Prepare / follow up shipment of goods;
• Order and logistics tasks
