Job Description
Responsibility for the complete flow of goods from the central corporate warehouse in consignment stores of Valeant in Lithuania;
Ensure sufficient goods in all regions of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
Tracking inventory and timely ordering goods in the required amounts;
Communication with the Distribution Department of the parent company;
To ensure smooth distribution of goods to pharmacies via distribution partners;
To minimize the level of expired goods purchased by distribution partners;
Responsibility for invoicing, sales reports, stock taking, order management, claims management, samples management, forecasting, regular update of all price lists, etc;
Managing the activities with pharmacy chains – with support of product managers;
Managing the budget and tools to achieve the best results in accordance with ethical and legal standards;
Other tasks assigned by supervisor in accordance with labor law and other applicable legislation.

Requirements
College education – Master‘s degree
Fluent English
PC, Word, Excel, Power Point advanced
Driving license – B

Company offers
