Administer HR-related processes, including tracking of vacation, business trips, sick leave, parental leave, employment contracts, amendments, and other employee documentation;Implementing the captive approach and sales & marketing processes in line with established standards;
Coordinate office administration and daily operational needs, including orders, suppliers, and services;
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including social security, occupational health and safety, and fire safety;
Coordinate and oversee organizational compliance processes related to certifications, training, and safety equipment.
Requirements
Experience in administration, HR, or a legal-related field;
Knowledge of labor law, document management, and organizational processes;
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively;
Good command of English, written and spoken;
Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong communication skills.
