Job Description

• Lead and develop the local marketing organization according the Company Leadership Commitments;
  
• Market Product and IT & Work-flow solutions for the whole portfolio of Diagnostics (Molecular, Tissue and Core Lab);
  
• driving new business opportunities and access for patients;
  
• living the company wide Leadership style;
  
• develop the mid-term business and marketing plan;
  
• interface with Global marketing organization;
  
• guiding the sales team in focus on product and portfolio management;
  
• lead product and service lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Master degree in Marketing or equivalent in experience;
  
• knowledge of new marketing approaches is an asset;
  
• solid leadership and people management skills;
  
• strong Strategic mind-set;
  
• excellence in customer relation, especially executives;
  
• proven ability to work collaboratively across culture in an international and matrix environment;
  
• languages: fluent in English;
  
• Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian or Russian would be considered as strong asset.
