Master Data Specialist

The candidate will work in our quality organization within the quality department and the position will be physically based in Klaipeda Lithuania. The team within the quality department consist of various technical support functions, pricing and laboratory control who have the responsibility of ensuring the overall quality of the company. The Quality team is divided between the three entities Denmark, Norway, and Lithuania.  

Main tasks:

• Material master data maintain and update.
• Bill of Material (BOM) maintain and update.
• Upload and maintain sales and purchase prices.
• System maintenance of Suppliers and customers
• Data validation
• System maintenance

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, written and oral
• General good IT- knowledge and fast learner of IT systems (MS-office and in particular excel,  ERP-system and CRM-systems)

Nice to have :

• 1+ years of experience within Master data related job.
• Knowledge of the Master Data processes and supplier management.
• Advanced user of MS Office Excel
• Good knowledge of ERP systems

Development tasks:

• Clean and update system according to new agreed standards
• Participate in overall master data projects and contribute
• Develop into a ERP super user

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring correct and UpToDate master data according to specifications
• Be a gate keeper for the system to ensure a high data quality
• Process and procedural responsibility for the handling of master data in cooperation with sales, pricing and purchasing.
• Master data creations, maintenance, and upload
• ERP Super user
• Continuous optimization of work processes.
• Jobs at cross-departments and country.
• Active participation in projects linked to materdata or ASPECT4 (ERP System)
