Medical representative (Vilnius/Klaipėda)

- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the healthcare marketplace;

- Demonstrates a deep understanding of patient disease states and available therapeutic options and their value to the account-based healthcare environment;

- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of current treatment guidelines, formulary status and account/ healthcare economy protocols that impact standards of care for the desired patient outcomes;

- Understands the customer (systems, accounts and key stakeholders);

- Analyzes territory and accounts to make trade-off decisions utilizing relevant data and resources (e.g., results, quota, tracking tools, payer data, segmentation, etc.);

- Identifies opportunities after considering growth potential, benefit and effort, account influence and access;

- Understands customer priorities and how those priorities impact their decision making;

- Builds and maintain business relationships to deliver high quality customer service;

- Manages territory using SPP metrics for maximum return;

- Identifies relevant customer sales and territory market information;

- Creates routing plans using SPP metrics - targeting, frequency, message and program goals.

- Strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Executive level presentation skills;

- Ability to understand complexities of markets, products, relationships, and the industry;

- Ability to grow sales territory and increase market awareness;

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills;

- People skills as they deal with a large number of different people;

- Business English (Written & Oral) fluency;

- Experience in endocrinology and oncology field.
