Position title: Merchandising Manager Place: Pilaitės pr. 42, VILNIUS LTU For more information please contact: Simona, 8-690-72-710 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for an experienced colleague for the position of Merchandising Manager in our Internal Sales Team. As a Merchandising Manager, you would be responsible for creating and leading operational excellent of categories on the store level for easier customer experience.

• Creating/Updating and keeping category strategy on the store floor
• Creating clear standards for stores related to a dedicated category
• Visiting stores and organizing training for them: merchandising, pallet spaces, planograms, etc.
• Making annual events for stores to motivate them and help to get more information about the category
• Reporting on category level
• Daily/weekly/monthly reporting of dedicated category (Shrink, Sales, GM)
• Participating in process of setting targets on category level for stores
• Participating in shrink/Manko budgeting and taking actions to achieve the targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience (preferably in FMCG sector)
• Knowledge of retail shopping habits and trends
• Proven ability to plan, develop, and manage marketing and merchandising projects
• Strong budgeting and analytical skills
• Ability to stay focused and perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• English proficiency in written and oral
• University degree
• Driving licence
