Merchant Client Manager (IT background needed)

As merchant client manager you will be responsible for helping out SpectroCoin’s merchant users to solve any emerging issues. We’re looking for a professional with solid IT background who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge and pass it on to the client.

Responsibilities:

- Active day-to-day communication with our merchant customers and follow-ups by guiding them to successful solutions
- Prepare/update tutorials and documentation for new features
- Assistance to SpectroCoin’s merchant users with wallet API integration
- Ordering, installing and testing plug-ins on various Content Management Systems (CMS).

- Experience with CMS such as WordPress, Drupal, OpenCart and others
- Understanding of API
- Programing skills with knowledge of PHP
- Qualities of understanding, patience, and the ability to remain calm in overwhelming circumstances
- Proficient in English
- Degree in IT-related field
- Experience in IT/Fintech support would be an advantage.
