Mobility Customer Base Value Manager

We are currently looking for Customer base value manager to be responsible for mobile postpaid subscriber base (liet. mobilaus ryšio abonentų bazė).  I am Vaidotas Juknys and I am leading Customer Value Management team here at Telia Lietuva. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Your next challenge?

Telia Lietuva has half of million mobility subscribers and is one of the leading providers in Lithuania. Mobility is the subscriptions customers have for their mobile phones. You would be responsible for protecting and growing revenue generated by Mobility subscriber base. Your key lever for revenue growth would be upsell. You would achieve upsell by granting subscribers more value for a higher price point. You would carry end-to-end responsibility for upsell including:

  • strategy
  • offering
  • customer base segmentation logic
  • contract renewal lifecycle management
  • guidance for sales channels (retail, call center & online)
  • business requirements for digital-first upsell customer journeys
  • business requirements for next-best-offer analytical model

The position is within commerce department, but you would have to closely collaborate with Service Owners, Business Insights, Sales Channels and Online.

  • 2+ years successful and proven experience in management consulting, commercial management, customer service, segment/product management or marketing
  • Solid knowledge in analytics and marketing
  • Project management skills
  • Previous TelCo experience is not a must but would be seen as an advantage.

We offer a monthly base salary from 2600 Eur (gross) to 3600 Eur (gross) plus an annual bonus which varies depending on your performance and Telia's results. Besides for each employee, Telia has an additional employee benefits package which includes:
