.NET Development Tech Lead - .NET Black Belt Holder

This position will lead, recommend, design, implement, and prove innovative solutions for Danske Bank Commercial Banking system for Advice and Sales department. You will be part of a team creating integration layer for a new CRM solution, applying cutting edge technologies.

We are looking for a .NET professional with a strong communication and inter-personal skills who is up for great opportunity to lead integration project from idea to implementation. 

In Advice and Sales Department, you will:

• Identify needs and requirements, select technology stack, make proof of concepts, lead and coach younger team members, participate in development processes.
• Create, consult and review architectural decisions and architecture solution blueprint to meet project requirements.
• Lead project technical part and proactively communicate with the team, engineers and developers to deliver high quality product.
• Integrate complex middleware and back end systems and identify, propose, evaluate, estimate, and drive development of high availability solutions.
• Ensure and review that the business/technical requirements are understood, translated to system, and consistent with frameworks/standards in order to meet requirements for future development of platform.
• Participate in software development process establishing best development practices on the project.

• Deep knowledge of the .NET stack.
• Experience with Scalable, High availability, complex Message Driven Architecture solutions.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills and good command in English.
• Ability to articulate best practices related to application enhancements/customizations, integration with other applications, development.
• Deep technical knowledge in systems, application frameworks, database optimization, and experience being solely responsible for the success of software development project.
• Ability to think on your feet, present multiple solution options, and drive defect free project.
• Proven record interpreting and fulfilling requirements by developing high performing, scalable and maintainable solutions with multiple technologies and vendors.
