• Responsibility for the branch of recruitment agency


• Leading a team of personal consultants - motivation, meetings, division of tasks, control of duties and responsibility for fulfilling the company plans. 


• Communication with company management, company employees, business partners, existing and new clients


• Organization of interviews and complete personnel agenda for all candidates and employees of the company.


• Phone communication


• Assistance with the employment of unemployed applicants, young candidates, school graduates, long-term unemployed applicants,helping with reducing unemployment in Lithuania. 


• Active recruitment and selection of suitable candidates for vacant job offers.


• Administrative work, work with PC 


• Company reports

Reikalavimai

fluent english language, other language is beneficial

experience with running a small office, work within HR is an advantage

work with PC (microsoft Excel, powerpoint, word)

driving licence is an advantage

willing to travel to other countries
