Carggo is currently looking for a qualified Office Manager for our brand new office in Lithuania, Vilnius. This is a full time position that offers an above average salary and a Monday-to-Friday schedule. This is a great opportunity to work in fast paced yet casual work environment with an amazing IT company.
What You'll Do:
• Handle general office administration
• Maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, and equipment
• Provide administrative support for our office including managing telephone, correspondence (mail and packages), managing walk-ins and visitors, appointment/calendar management
• Assist with event planning
• Communicate and collaborate with all team members on relevant topics
• Oversee conference room schedule
• Take on additional projects as requested.
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in administrative capacity
• BA/BS degree
• Excellent phone, written and in-person communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proven organizational ability with attention to detail
• MS Office, Google Suite, Dropbox
• A positive can-do attitude
• The ability to problem-solve and connect the dots
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to be discrete.
