You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Lead the development and implementation of O&M concepts and strategy, ensuring alignment with offshore operations' interests and project bid regulations
- Manage and evaluate maintenance concepts, focusing on technical solutions and risks, and prepare decision papers for technical and commercial considerations
- Collaborate with the Project Director to develop the O&M package strategy, integrating maintenance activities from construction to post-commissioning phases
- Provide technical and commercial expertise in due diligence exercises, evaluating project opportunities, emerging technologies, and infrastructure
- Establish and nurture local, regional, and international O&M networks, fostering relationships with potential project partners and advocating for local supply chain growth
- Lead negotiations for offshore wind project O&M contracts, ensuring optimal project delivery
- Prepare comprehensive handover documentation for seamless transitions between project phases.
Qualifications
- Have a degree in related engineering field (electrical, civil, mechanical, geotechnical, oceanography, etc.)
- Have 5+ years of leadership experience in foundation projects, preferably in an offshore environment
- Have experience leading large O&M teams and understanding of port and vessel movement
- Are able to build relationships, trust, and respect within teams and stakeholders
- Have demonstrable knowledge of O&M activities for offshore wind, including the development phase
- Have a understanding of commercial contract management techniques and procurement processes
- Have well-rounded project management capabilities, ideally with formal training and certification
- Are able to work within approved budgets and under deadline pressure for efficient project execution.
