Online Marketing Manager

• Define and track metrics of marketing campaigns and general product promotions across online channels; recommend improvements for campaign performance across these channels
• Plan and control the budget
• Communicate with existing and potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners
• Maintain strong understanding of the company's products, services, policies and procedures

• Experience of using basic online marketing tools (such as Google Analytics)
• Excellent Lithuanian and English communication skills (C1/C2)
• Work experience in marketing, business management, advertising or sales is an advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Good time management skills
• Interest in IT
• Very high motivation and initiative
