Job Description

Providing an administrative support to the Purchasing team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Requesting price quotations with different suppliers and making a first evaluation
  • Handling the administrative purchasing flow in SAP: creating purchase orders; controlling and processing of order confirmations; follow up of orders and delivery times; control of invoices
  • Administrative processing of long-term agreements or framework orders in SAP

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/final year student in Accounting/Finance or in related field
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Ability to analyze and resolve questions and problems independently
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple activities successfully
  • Numerate with a good eye for detail, accurate and precise
  • Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook

Advantages:
