Supporting implementation and execution and monitoring of operational risk management processes like: Incident reporting process; Risk and Control Self-Assessment process; Quality and Risk Analysis process and Business Continuity and Crisis Management process.
Controlling the compliance with internal regulations.
Raising the risk awareness within the organisation.
Regular reporting.
Requirements
At least 2 years work experience in banking industry.
Higher education (Bachelor’s degree) or in progress of obtaining it.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Lithuanian languages.
Result and customer oriented.
Service and business minded.
Working towards simple yet efficient solutions.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
