Job Description

  • Supporting implementation and execution and monitoring of operational risk management processes like: Incident reporting process; Risk and Control Self-Assessment process; Quality and Risk Analysis process and Business Continuity and Crisis Management process.
  • Controlling the compliance with internal regulations.
  • Raising the risk awareness within the organisation.
  • Regular reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years work experience in banking industry.
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree) or in progress of obtaining it.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Lithuanian languages.
  • Result and customer oriented.
  • Service and business minded.
  • Working towards simple yet efficient solutions.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team.
