    I am Katrin Buhre and I am leading the Sales Operations unit within Cygate SE, a subsidiary to Telia Company. We are now expanding our resources and creating a team in Telia Global Services Lithuania.

    With almost 600 teammates in IT, network, analytics, software development, procurement, HR and finance operations, we are the Telia Company‘s competency hub working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.

    Cygate SE is a member of the Telia Group. We have 650 staff in 20 locations in Sweden who work closely with our clients and create solutions for a wide range of organizations, including banks, retailers, municipalities, county councils, the media, state-owned companies and public agencies, as well as manufacturing companies.

    At Cygate we possess in-depth technical knowledge of secure IT Infrastructure and create customized long-term solutions by improving hardware and software from the leading suppliers on the market.

    Right now, I am looking for Order handler/Buyer in Vilnius, who will handle parts of our order and service contract work and tasks.


    Your next challenge?

    This is a job that calls for someone who understands and is willing to learn processes of purchase, procurement, sourcing and billing. You are going to handle our customers’ orders, service and maintenance contracts and billing as well as our supplier purchases, deliveries and invoices within networking, security and Hybrid-IT/Cloud.

    Your daily tasks will be:

  • Working in the daily existing processes within Order Management
  • Support all standard activities within the Order to Pay process
  • Handle orders from our company web shop and other sources i.e. from our different sales teams, from Telia or direct from customers from errands or tasks in ServiceNow
  • Manage orders for both Swedish and international suppliers
  • Post invoices from suppliers and initiate customer billing
  • Monitor different deliveries
  • Work in various finance and invoicing systems
  • Frequently adapt and change way of working in our systems in order to reach our vision of “non touch transactions”

    While the role as a high operational focus we hope that you have excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken. It is important to have great collaboration skills and be a real team player with a service-oriented attitude.

  • Curious and self-driven
  • Attentive to detail and thorough 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Your experience:

  • Working in international environment and/or already demonstrated your skills in similar role (purchasing, sourcing, operations)
  • Practical knowledge of working with Microsoft Software package (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.)
  • Documented experience from purchase, procurement, sourcing or billing as well as understanding the main processes within this field of business.
  • Familiar with handling and working with numbers and reporting

    We offer a monthly base salary of 1600euros gross for junior positions up to 2000euros gross for senior positions, plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results.
