Job Description

As our Sales Specialist for Lithuania, you will engage in various sales activities focusing on selling Industrial Service products. You will manage our customer accounts to achieve sales targets and implement strategic actions. In this role you will travel regularly to visit existing and new customers to maintain and build great customer relationships. With us, you will work independently, but you’ll be part of our current local service team.

Your key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Implement company industrial service sales strategy to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Promote and support cross-selling (maintenance contracts, inspections, retrofits/modernizations).
  • Prepare and implement action plans for effective search of sales leads and develop market share.
  • Identify, research and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships to generate future industrial crane sales business.
  • Keep our CRM system and sales funnel up to date and follow up offers/quotations.

In this role you will also implement good management practices, identify specific problem areas and implement preventive actions. It’s also important to actively discuss the safety aspect at our customers’ site as well as ensure that business is conducted within the requirements of the corporate policies.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Technical Product Sales.
  • Substantial experience in the business development arena of B2B sales of capital and contractual goods and services.
  • You are familiar with CRM systems.
  • A degree in a relevant Technical subject. Alternatively, you could have expert market knowledge gained from experience in design or manufacturing.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English (is a MUST). Russian language is an advantage.

To be successful in our Sales Specialist role, you need to have an excellent negotiation and presentation skills at all levels and capability of working independent and focused way. Driver licence and willingness to drive is required.
