Paroc Group Oy Ab’s majority shareholder is the BA Capital Partners Europe equity fund. Minority shareholders include Nordic, BG Kapital Ltd/Proxum Oy and Paroc’s management and personnel. Our net sales in 2002 amounted to EUR 279million and we employed 1.849 persons.
