Job Description

• Coordinate and manage the work of the Office of the Company;
• Plan and forecast of office equipment resources needed;
• Company acceptance and registration of correspondence;
• Be responsible for record-keeping process, organization and control it;
• Provide the necessary support to the team.

Requirements

• Higher education, also acceptable last year student;
• Ability to plan own work performance within a specified period;
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• The ability to use information technology to conduct its business;
• Fluent English language skills;
• Ideal candidate has at least one year of experience as an Office Administration.
