The position is based in Riga and main job responsibilities include:
Process payments for Lifland Gaming clients, along with any issues that arise from these transactions in a timely and professional manner;
Handle 1st line queries for Lifland Gaming customers on gaming, financial, technical and any applicable issues related to the Payments and Fraud;
Ensure that fraudulent transactions are spotted early enough to control and minimize Risk to the company;
Research and find/solve fraud cases involving, but not limited to Credit card fraud, Bank fraud, Identity theft;
Work to enhance the client experience on the Lifland Gaming sites;
Support Customer Service agents in payments related queries.
