Payroll Specialist for Baltics (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing payroll service to internal client on Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia around 200 employees).
  • Calculating salaries and making corrections (contracts of employment, civil contracts).
  • Processing and updating new hires, terminations, compensation etc.
  • Reviewing and verifying incoming and outgoing documentation.
  • Handling employee questions/requests related to payroll and time management.
  • Cooperation with other departments and external payroll providers on Baltics

Requirements

Your qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll department.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
  • Attention to details and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of English (Russian and/or Latvian languages will be an additional advantage).
  • Self-driven with "can-do" attitude, proactivity, strong organization skills.
