Guiding and steering the payroll team with efficiency, while also managing recruitment, work distribution, performance oversight, operational excellence
Ensure the quality of provided payroll services and compliance with local tax authorities, laws and regulations in Lithuania.
Collaborate closely with clients, management, and other internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Improve internal processes and participate in payroll-related projects.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in payroll (including cumulative working time accounting).
Strong knowledge of Lithuanian labor law, taxes and payroll-related legislation.
Mandatory experience working with Rivilė or similar payroll software.
Confident user of MS Excel.
Fluency in English (min. B2 level).
Nice to have:
Previous experience leading a team or readiness to step into a leadership role.
