Job Description

In this role You will assist Philips Baltic management in daily operations and in achievement of marketing goals.

MAIN TASKS:
• Organising practicalities in the office, preparation of supporting paperwork, keeping correspondence;
• Assisting with preparations for business meetings, assisting in organizing trainings;
• Providing call centre function when necessary;
• Providing local internet page support – translations, checking and formulation of specific terms;
• Preparing various reports, providing Philips management with the requested information.

Requirements

• University degree will be considered as an advantage;
• Very good command of English, knowledge of Russian will be a strong benefit;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Computer literate (MS Office);
• Good communication skills, accuracy, high sense of responsibility.
