POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (PPA) PRODUCT OWNER (F/M/D)

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Participate in the creation of standard, non-standard products in wholesale trading team and tools to enhance the company's market position.
• Partner with business functions to assist in understanding client or partner, product, and business requirements, develop and improve processes and products through the product lifecycle.
• Transitioning the project outcomes at project closure to the appropriate business, operations, or risk teams to allow them to embed the changes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to promote, develop and manage data planning and analysis deliverables.
• Constant communication among team, across organization and board to ensure KPi’s and alignment between strategy and execution.
• Analyze project or product risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes, policy developments, and market dynamics influencing renewable energy projects and trading strategies.

• Have a university degree (economy, business areas, engineering, statistics or closely related field).
• Have proven 1+ years of experience in the electricity market, project management, or related fields.
• Have proven product management experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).
• Be able to explain complex subjects in an understandable way.
• Be able to conceptualize and build long term solutions.
• Have experience with Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) would be advantage.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of renewable energy and power trading.
