Process analyst (temporary contract 1,5-2 years)

Maintaining high standards, Intersurgical offers to join Quality and Regulatory team and is looking for PROCESS ANALYST (temporary contract 1,5-2 years).

Location: Vilnius or Pabradė office (Lithuania).

• Main Lithuania office and factory is located in Pabradė, 50 km from Vilnius.
• Vilnius office is located in Vilnius, Pašilaičiai. 

ROLE OVERVIEW:

• Collect information about the process and conduct process analysis;
• Create process documentation/workflows;
• Administrate company portfolio in terms of business and applications, allowing the creation of relationship between them;
• Collaborates with IT regarding applications, impacted by change to the process. Upon necessity, initiate a change of the business process;
• Administrate Intersurgical Process Map update, publishing and archiving;
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of business management systems;

ESSENTIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:

• Strong analytical skills
• Bachelor degree
• Communication and presentation skills in English and Lithuanian
• Ability to work alone and within teams

PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:

• Computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio
• Previous work experience in business analysis and related field
