Product Modelling Specialist (SAP CRM)

Product Modelling Specialist supports the design, development and implementation of SAP #Offers #Management domain. This position participates in gathering functional and technical requirements to generate specification documents for developing applications to support business processes.

Your responsibilities:
• Responsible for #configuration of Telco Products Master Data, testing and technical documentation;
• Participate in the design, build, test and deployment of SAP #CRM technology solution;
• Provide hands on functional and technical knowledge as well as contribute to business relationships within the context of the role;
• #Execute assigned tasks within a structured project environment in various project work streams;
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional, configuration and development requirements;
• Contribute to the completeness and quality of functional design.

We hope that you have:
• 2+ years hands-on experience in #ERP and/or CRM implementation or support projects;
• Understanding of #ITSM discipline, #ITIL principles;
• Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills;
• Self-directed, organized and detail-oriented;
• Presentation and written communication skills;
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers and good listening skills;
• Ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency.

Additional qualifications:
• SAP CRM (Product master data) configuration experience;
• SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) knowledge;
• Full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
