• Implementation, development, maintenance and support of the Document Management System (DMS).
• Planning, management and administration of the implementation process
• Management of the implementation project team, maintaining communication between team members and ensuring adherence to project deadlines
• Analysis of DVS development needs, cooperation with company departments, collection of their development needs and initiation and implementation of changes
• Initiating changes to optimize processes and increase efficiency
• Prioritization of project needs taking into account the importance of the ongoing changes to the business
• Incident and user feedback management
• Preparation of project documentation
• User training and consulting, communication of changes

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Education
• 2-3+ years working with DVS or similar systems
• Experience in process modeling (Business Process Management Notation)
• Experience working with IT systems implementation teams in implementing IT systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication, argumentation and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in implementing document management systems would be a strong advantage
• Knowledge of English
