Job Description

Product Owners provide leadership throughout the whole lifecycle of a product development. Collaborate with business units in several countries and provide visibility, work estimates and schedules for our internal customers.

• Lead and manage product development according to Agile Values and Principles
  
• Act as the bridge between IT and the business to constantly strive to improve performance and relevance of our products
  
• Work with business to understand desired impacts of new developments, and Data Scientists to evaluate and plan accordingly
  
• Working closely with developers in an agile way, to deliver solutions where sustainable quality and speed of the execution are important.Ensuring the Backlog is prioritized and up to date
  
• Collaborate with Program, Portfolio and Business management and provide visibility, work estimates and schedules to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Ability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and unknowns in requirements and experience in with exploration and experimentation of products requirements
  
• Experience prioritizing the work and managing the product backlog
  
• Experience in change management and re-scoping
  
• Experience with product roadmap, release and iteration planning
  
• Experience with different agile estimation techniques and understanding of when and where each technique is appropriate
  
• Sufficient experience in writing and detailing good-enough epics and user stories that adhere to the INVEST criteria
  
• Ability to travel once a month
  
• Be fluent in Lithuanian and English
