PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

DUTIES: 

a) Decision-making power in solving problems: Collects and analyzes the information received in typed or electronic format and evaluates the results obtained in the production activity in order to decide the solutions to solve the problems reported respectively, to optimize the technological process.

b) Communication with superiors, equals and subordinates.

c) Obtaining information

Observes, receives and obtains from multiple sources the information necessary to ensure a good development of the production process.

•  d) Guiding, directing and motivating subordinates:

 Guides and directs subordinates, monitors their performance and can propose and implement new performance standards.

    Within the production division of technical textile:

• Follows the development, in good conditions, of the technological process, intervening there and when necessary.
• It ensures the obtaining of superior quality products and takes all the necessary measures to achieve this goal.
• Controls the quality of the products and intervenes to combat the causes that generate non-conformities.
• Identifies the inconsistency of the operating parameters and undertakes corrective actions on the technical documentation and operating instructions.
• Determines, together with the maintenance manager, the need for spare parts and ensures the smooth running of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works.
• Ensures compliance with the maintenance plan and verifies the records made by the shift supervisor in the daily, weekly, monthly or annual maintenance plan and in the change processes of the manufacturing recipe
• Check the registration and compliance with the operating parameters of the production line, recorded by the shift supervisor in the production report, related to each individual batch.
• It effectively manages the company's material resources and assets.
• Proposes corrective measures and actively participates in their implementation, in order to eliminate identified non-conformities.

• It informs the production manager about how the production plan is carried out, the technological process and records the problems faced, giving proof of the maximum
• Organizes work teams and distributes responsibilities to subordinate employees.
• Prepares work procedures/instructions for each work phase of the technological process, brings them to the attention of the subordinate staff under their signature and verifies their compliance.
• Maintain a climate of discipline at the workplace.
• Strictly keep the secrets of the technological process.
• Receives and carries out the tasks assigned by the production manager.
• Respects the work schedule established by the production manager.
• Ensures the transmission to the production manager of operational data about the evolution of the production plan, the maintenance plan, the technical parameters of the production line, the stage of corrective maintenance actions or other problems that may arise in the production process.
• Knows the general and specific rules of safety and health at work, as well as the rules of fire prevention and extinguishing.

Education: graduate of higher technical education,

Knowledge: connouisseur of manufacturing and production technology, process coordination / monitoring technological;

Intellectual skills: high intelligence ability to analyze and synthesize information;

Attitude towards work: determination, ability to concentrate, sense of order, discretion, spirit of observation;

Social adaptation capacity: ease in human contacts elevated manners, tact, spirit of collaboration, ethics, discipline, humanity;
