Project Assistant, Lithuania

European Energy covers all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and/or divestment of assets. Our company of 190 employees has since 2004 installed more than 1.7 GW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 21 different nationalities at our headquarter in Copenhagen. As our new Project Assistant, you will work from our office in Vilnius supporting European Energy’s business in Lithuania. You will be part of our Project Department, which handles development of our projects globally. Our project pipeline in Lithuania is in rapid growth and you will be hands on in many technical aspects with the opportunity to develop professionally and take on more responsibility over time.

Areas of responsibility:

Your focus will be to assist on our projects and to ensure that we are well coordinated and on top of all the issues relevant to the development and construction. You will play an important role in ensuring that the technical documentation related to our projects is updated and you will assist on answering technical questions from our colleagues and external stakeholders. You will also get to be a part of the design process in the construction phases to make sure that we progress efficiently.

Professional skills we expect from you:

• You have completed a bachelor or master at university level or an equivalent institution within engineering
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience from a similar position
• Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, primarily in wind and solar technologies is an advantage
• You are an expert user in MS Office
• It is an advantage if you have experience working with Microsoft Projects and AutoCAD
• You master Lithuanian and English
