• Study and execution of the work;
  
• Preparation of a comparative study of offers;
  
• Elaboration of the cost budget;
  
• Preparation and monitoring of planning;
  
• Hiring and coordination of industrial companies;
  
• Control of material execution;
  
• Cost control;
  
• Control of safety and health;
  
• Preparation of the final work documentation.

Requirements

• We seek a professional with a high degree of responsibility, attention to detail, with a capacity to prioritize and perfectionist in results;
  
• It is essential to have a good level of English and availability to travel in Lithuania (and eventually Estonia and Latvia);
  
• Education in Electro mechanical engineering / Civil engineering;
  
• Management of AutoCAD, Office;
  
• Driving license;
  
• Fluent English;
  
• At least 4 years of experience in construction projects execution;
  
• Preferably from the Siauliai area;
  
• High knowledge of Microsoft office, AutoCAD (BIM is a plus).
