Job Description

Reich Montage is an international provider of installation services for automated logistic solutions. We continue to grow and develop rapidly; therefore, we invite you to join our team as Project Manager.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • As Reich Montage’s Project Manager, you will play a key role in execution of international projects of installation of automated warehouse equipment in Europe and the United States of America in close cooperation with offices in Czech Republic, Germany and the United States.
  • Remotely and in person you will monitor the progress of the project, the budget, the achieved milestones, quality and deadlines and support the installation teams.
  • The position requires you to have knowledge of construction and methods of assembly of steel materials, apply of tools and equipment, management of labor and finance resources, experience in internal cooperation between administration, sales and installation departments, as well external cooperation with project realization departments of customer and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

  • Prepare the realization of the project based on received documentation – drawings, material list and project description in cooperation with execution team leader.
  • Ensure compliance with safe and efficient installation methods and assess eventual risks.
  • Select the installation team in cooperation with the team leader.
  • Prepare weekly project progress reports and monthly finance reports.
  • Make project summary, analyze learnings and success, evaluate financial performance comparing to the budget.
  • Maintain a professional relationship and cooperation with Project Managers and Site Managers of the client and partner via phone/internet communication and in writing.
  • Make site visits and personal meetings with partners and customers.
  • Make labor resource and cost calculations for upcoming projects.
  • Realize project management and administration in cooperation with the back office.

Requirements

  • Secondary professional or higher technical education.
  • Previous experience in Project and HR management in building or installation industry.
  • Understanding of drawings, installation methods, tools and equipment applied in installation.
  • Fluent written and spoken Latvian and English, ability to communicate in Russian.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to details, accuracy and care.
  • Ability to learn quickly, acquire new skills and not be afraid of challenges.
  • Personal Computer skills (Word, Excel, fluent communication by e-mails, AutoCAD reader).
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in professional communication verbally and in written.
  • Knowledge of ERP system (MS – Business central D365), and other supporting systems will be an advantage.
