Job Description

  • Control and monitor client’s needs and Contract Variations;
  • Request/gather the information from different departments regarding the reason for the Variation, understanding of it's scope and impact;
  • Prepare Commercial and Technical proposals for Variation Orders (scope, assumptions and exclusions, economic impact, and extension of time);
  • Negotiation with Customer/FIDIC;
  • Forecasting and checking correct imputation of the Variations;
  • Implementation of the variation program (experienced in Microsoft Project);
  • Control the progress of the variations and gather the information about the process for possible court cases;
  • Support other activities in the plan and control department.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in EPC projects or other projects in construction and energy sector. Experience in plan & cost department or tender department is desirable;
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Electrical or similar);
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project skills would be a plus;
  • Some experience in writing technical reports would be a plus;
  • Decisive and quick-thinking;
  • Great verbal, written and presentation skills;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Attentive to detail;
  • Fluent Lithuanian and business level English language skills.
