Projects Master Data Specialist (Fixed-term)

Projects Master Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining defined data in SAP (Material master, PIR, Source List, Pricing conditions) to ensure information availability and customer support capability for quotations and orders within defined supply chain for project orders.

• Process requests for projects master data according to given instructions and guidelines
• Extend and maintain supply chain -level data globally according to defined guidelines and processes
• Adhere to lean processes and KPI requirements set by the -Projects Master Data Manager
• Reporting and logging of issues related to used workflow tool and following up to make sure issues are resolved
• Work instruction maintenance whenever necessary
• Participation in process development topics when required
• Scrum / Agile way of working

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in sales support, procurement, supply chain, itemization or master data management (materials, PIRs, Source lists, Sales BOMs)
• Detail oriented person who will follow given instructions
• Related degree (eg. technical degree), certification, and technical abilities
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of most common IT tools and ERP/integrated system (SAP) is a plus
• Experience with process development and related tools
• Experience with Agile / Scrum method is considered a plus
• Strong communication skills in English - Capability to articulate and communicate topics within the area of expertise
• Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines. Must be capable of effective and accurate working on several tasks at one time, organizing, prioritizing tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment independently
• High level computer skills are essential – Excel, Word,
• Power Point and SAP, other knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work as a part of an international team with people from different backgrounds
• Working with people in different time zones, some flexibility with working hours
