As a Purchasing and Contracting Associate you’ll be working closely with the team to support the development of Supply Chain Management activities for Onshore Renewables projects in Baltics. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:
- Assisting in negotiating operational contracts <100k across various countries
- Supporting contract management activities under experienced management supervision
- Providing assistance in conducting research and analysis on industry trends, supplier capabilities, and market dynamics to facilitate informed decision-making in procurement and contracting activities
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and supplier database, which includes NDAs, contracts, and supplier records pertaining to HSE, Quality, and IDD
- Participating in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and streamlining procurement and contracting processes within the organization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and project management, to ensure alignment of procurement and contracting activities with organizational goals and objectives
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with relevant internal procurement policies.
Requirements
- Degree in (Supply Chain) Management, Legal, Logistics, Engineering or similar field
- Demonstrate understanding of the commercial contract management technique and procurement process
- Knowledge of procurement process and current supply chain challenges
- Have excellent English language skills (both verbal & written).
6 months Internship.
