Job Description
• Provide support to the QUALITY Head in all quality and technical matters and GDP related activities.
• Support the Quality Head to ensure required quality documents are in place, in use and up to date.
• Collect Country quality related complains, QPIs data, perform trend analysis, report & record country QPIs.
• Prepare and update Country quality agreements and ensure implementation of mandatory quality related items to other service agreements of subcontractors.
• Manage Product Technical Complaint activities, conduct trend analysis, detect and declare any signal and atypical trending as appropriate.
• Ensure the distribution of products to validated customers as defined in the local procedures.

Requirements
• Work experience and knowledge in quality assurance procedures in pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge in GDP and local requirements.
• Work experience with internal audits in pharmaceutical industry (considered as benefit).
• Degree level education in Pharmacy – desirable.
• Good English language knowledge.
