Job Description

• To manage quality related activities of the company on a daily basis;
• Ensure efficient work of IQC and OQC teams, supervise all corresponding staff;
• Prevent any product quality issues to happen, implement the necessary system in place to avoid that;
• Follow and support the ISO 9000/14000/18000 standards / audits;
• Arrange and support factory and quality audits by customers;
• Optimize the processes and costs related to QC activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in quality department of a manufacturing company;
• Working experience in Quality management system;
• University education, focusing on economics and quality;
• Good spoken and written English is a must, other language (Russian, German) is an advantage;
• Good skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP data base;
• Responsible, workable and communicative person with great analytical thinking, reporting and negotiation skills, proactive self-starting person, ability to set priorities and manage the workload, strong team player especially in the area of the problem solutions - a key player;
• Driving license B;
• Possibility to work and live in Slovakia.
