Quality System and Compliance Specialist

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Quality System and Compliance Specialist for our team located in Vilnius.

 

How you’ll spend your day 

  • Change control evaluation in TrackWise system: evaluation of the changes for compliance to cGMP and internal procedure requirements; closure of CCMs.
  • Change control evaluation in EDMS Glorya: change control review for initial approval and for closure, evaluation of the changes in procedure for compliance to cGMP and internal procedures.
  • Review of prepared documents and periodic procedures review.
  • Equipment/critical systems/computerized systems validation protocols and reports review.
  • Preparation of procedures in scope of group responsibilities.
  • Issuance of controlled documents copies to related departments
  • Participation in external regulatory inspections.

Requirements

 Your experience and qualifications 

  • University degree in in the field of natural sciences (biology, biochemistry, chemistry, bioengineering), medicine, or pharmacy
  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Production, Quality Control or Validation fields
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and TrackWise
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Soft skills: critical thinking, attention to details, team player, good communication skills
  • Fluent Lithuanian and very good English language skills.
